Terms of Service

These terms outline the standards governing Limuzin reservations, chauffeur assignments, corporate accounts, and fleet-owner relationships.

Bookings and Availability

All reservations remain subject to chauffeur availability, vehicle class, pickup constraints, and confirmation from Limuzin operations. Instant estimates do not constitute guaranteed dispatch until confirmed.

Pricing and Charges

Published fare guidance may be supplemented by tolls, waiting time, premium pickup surcharges, and route-specific adjustments. Corporate pricing may be governed by a separate commercial agreement.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to respect chauffeur instructions, vehicle care, and local laws. Limuzin reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where safety or conduct standards are compromised.

Liability

While we work to maintain exceptional punctuality and reliability, Limuzin is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, security restrictions, or force majeure events beyond operational control.
